Element of 8 - Serenity and calmness with a view

Explore the Villa

Villa Layout

Element of 8 is designed over three descending levels. A boardwalk leads from the car park to the topmost level with a lawned garden cradling a swimming pool, a thatched sala and the main living and dining rooms.

A wide, covered terrace extends the entire length of the villa, connecting the sitting area and show kitchen to the master suite which enjoys secluded privacy at the far end of the villa. The professional kitchen for staff use is at the rear of the building.

A staircase leads down to the lower level terrace, with access to four spacious, ensuite double bedrooms. A sixth bedroom is located in a separate pavilion, reachable through the garden. Further down, the lowest level accommodates an impressive private gym and from here a natural stone staircase leads down to a beachfront barbecue area.

Living Areas

Indoor living

The main living and dining room is bathed with natural light, featuring bleached wood vaulted ceilings, white walls and full-length glass doors. Overhead fans and air conditioning keep the indoors cool, and you can always pull back the white louvred panels to let in the cool sea breeze while enjoying the breathtaking views.

White hues continue in the sitting area, which is furnished with sumptuous sofas, armchairs and ottomans, and has creamy terrazzo floors complemented by soft sandstone tiling on the terrace.

Eclectic Southeast Asian decor and monochrome motifs decorate cushions and carpets, while a large wall-mounted photographic triptych is a striking backdrop for the show kitchen. Three large, beaten silver lampshades are suspended above a rich dark-wood counter with bar stools and a service area for casual dining and socialising.

A restaurant-style, professional kitchen outfitted with the latest equipment and maintained to the highest hygiene standards is one of the key highlights of this villa. The kitchen is used by the private chef to cook delicious food for you and your group. The owners have invested heavily in procuring prime kitchen equipment and have taken a personal interest in ensuring that the kitchen adheres to stringent hygiene practices.

Though you may prefer stargazing, the kids are sure to love movie nights in the living room which has surround sound audio and a 72-inch LCD flat-screen satellite TV.

Outdoor living

Indoor and outdoor living merge effortlessly throughout the villa, as full-length glass doors and white louvred panels slide away to reveal covered terraces with splendid views. On the main wraparound terrace, you will find a solid wood dining table with rattan seating for 8, setting the scene for meals with a view.

There are plenty of terraces throughout the villa, furnished with comfortable and inviting rattan daybeds and sofas, ideal for quiet reflection as you contemplate the beauty around.

Meanwhile, for sun lovers, a 14-metre lap pool is surrounded by a lawned sun terrace with relaxing sunbeds and umbrellas. A thatched Balinese sala nearby is furnished with large comfortable cushions and a low wooden coffee table, a lovely and shaded spot to enjoy a casual lunch or to relax and recharge with a massage.

For a unique experience, enjoy private barbecues at the beachfront spot designed for this use. Built around a central grill with comfortable cushioned seating, it makes for some memorable evenings under the stars, by the surf.
